For my daughters end of the school year beach party I was volunteered to bring in some desserts for the potluck. Since our tree has a lot of mangos right now, I decided to make some mango bread muffins. I also made snickerdoodle cookies for the kids and a few extra mango bread loaves to share with anyone.
