My mom's Bday cupcakes & a few samples

I created theses cupcakes for my mom's birthday this year. She is a huge fan of coconut, so I decided to try my hand at making a coconut cupcake. I am personally not a big fan of coconut, so it was a bit of a challenge for me to get the taste just right. But in the end, they came out great.





Coconut cupcake with pink tinted vanilla buttercream. Dusted with coconut flakes.





I had a few extra, so I boxed them up and gave them to my daughters teacher.


These are a few samples that I put together for some clients.





The back row are Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting, the left side are Vanilla cupcakes with Vanilla buttercream & dusted in pink crystal sprinkles. The right side are Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream & pink sprinkles.





This was another sample box with brownies, red velvet cupcakes, chocolate with vanilla buttercream cupcakes & chocolate with chocolate buttercream cupcakes.
